WARNING: Long story
Background: I live in South Africa. In the city, and in my suburb, we have cows (sometimes goats) roam the streets unsupervised. Please also take note about where I am living. In my country and some parts of Africa, the Africans keep cows as part of their tradition (also shows wealth) but unfortunately not a lot these cows are kept under watch or kept in an enclosed area (that’s why they free roam).
