My husband and I both work for the same company that contracts with other companies to assist with formatting documents. Today, my husband had a requester (hereafter known as ER for Entitled Requester) who wanted him to add field codes into a word doc. My husband was assigned the job as he was the only person in the office at the time who knew how to do what ER wanted. My husband finishes the job and sends it back to ER. ER calls and speaks to my husband and states that the field codes aren’t working. My husband checks the document and the field codes were working and he informs ER of this.
