This happened about more than 10 years ago, but I consider it one of my finest moments.
I was working at Tim Horton’s (Canadian coffee chain) as an assistant manager. Half my shifts were spent in the office, the other half in the drive thru relieving employees for breaks. It’s mid afternoon and it’s pretty slow. A van pulls up on the speaker and I answer:
Me: “Welcome to Tim Horton’s, how may I help you?”
