Victoria Beckham x Estee Lauder Makeup Collection
Before Victoria Beckham became known for her fashion line, she was known for a certain minimalist makeup look that fans used to emulate.
Tan skin, sculpted features, neutral smoky eyes, nude lips, and a “sweaty glow” on the skin.
She’s partnered with Estee Lauder recently to launch a luxurious capsule collection of colors and products that allow you to recreate her look effortlessly. Now - the sleek ribbed packaging (as well as the prices) are strictly more in the Tom Ford stratosphere than Estee Lauder’s main line, so this is for fans, makeup collectors, and luxe beauty lovers mostly.
A shadow will cost you S$70, a tube of lipstick $76, and the highlighter compact $104. The product I was most fascinated with was the Morning Aura Illuminating Creme ($102) which is designed to create that expensive, sexy, sweaty look on the skin. You can use it as a non-metallic finishing touch on cheeks, down the nose and chin, or even layer a bit more highlighter over it for intense shine.
The products themselves are beautiful I have to say, and again the formulas are very much more similar to things in my Tom Ford makeup stash than formulas you would find under Lauder’s main brand.
I’ve got the a small set here to swatch for you. Items not shown include:
A dark emerald eyeshadow
Lip liners
Mascara
An orange-red lipstick
Highlighter
Matte bronzer
