Smoky Eye Tutorial! Ever struggled with creating that perfect smoky eye? Click the link below for a demonstration and some handy hints. Remember, a smoky eye doesn’t have to be done with smoky colours, it is all in the technique!

Start off by applying translucent powder onto your eyelids (or on top of an eye primer) to create a smooth, blendable base for your eyeshadow.
Go in with a shimmery charcoal shade and apply this all over the eyelid
Blend the shade up using a fluffy blending brush, past the crease to create a “halo” effect
Go in with a darker shade (near black ideally) and apply this close to the lashes and blend it upwards
Smudge a small amount of black eyeliner above the lashes
Take the shimmery charcoal shade along the lower lash line, blending it out
Smudge the same eyeliner along the lower lash line, just at the outer corner of the eyes
Finish with lashings of mascara!
