So I work at a daycare. I always go above and beyond. I take extra shifts, I always make sure to give atleast a month’s notice for planned absences, at least the night before if I’m sick. I have only missed two days of work. Last week, everyone was out with the stomach bug and I went in even though I was throwing up the night before and was obviously ill. I have never done anything to suggest I would wilfully miss work or would call out without reason.
