Back about 7 years ago I worked at a financial institution that offered all aspects of finance related services. Our company was unique in the fact that everyone was responsible for everything. Some days you worked at the front line. Some days you helped someone take out a car loan. Some days you closed a mortgage. It’s just how it was.
