Contradiction, is the key of the corporate chain I work for. Previously, I was berated for giving a discount on a certain name brand that we carry that doesn’t like to be part of our sales. I pushed it through, and gave them the Buy one, get one 50% off deal because it listed in tiny letters that THAT certain brand was excluded,(their advertisement is very misleading, especially with the placement of signs they have us put). The lady threw a fit, I dealt with it professionally and got her out of the store before she made a scene. The customer is always right, correct?
