So I work as a copywriter at a small marketing agency in Los Angeles. Me and my boss both know that it’s a temp job until I find something in the industry I would rather be working in. He said when I came in that I’d be minimum wage ($12/hour) and that after 3 months we’d talk about bringing that up a little bit. Well it’s been 4 months and no talk about it so I decided to bring it up.
