So, I found out today that unbeknownst to me I have been helping to execute malicious compliance on behalf of our 9yo neighbor. I’ll call her Jenny.
You see, my husband and I both work, and our cats spend most of the day snoring in various areas of our home so they have abundance of energy to demand attention all evening and zoom around the house after we go to bed, which is lovely, but slightly inconvenient when you try to cook, clean, pay bills, etc. So we have “hired” Jenny to spend an hour or two, here and there, playing with our furballs, which all the involved parties love.
