For each client, besides the primary Account Manager and secondary Account Manager; atleast two supports were allocated so that one can shoulder the workload of the other incase someone has to take their leave.
On a specific client (let’s say Potato Corp), my partner was an obnoxious Karen in the making. She was often lucky-go-easy, clocks out exactly 9 hours from clocking in. We work on a flexible schedule. Karen often gets in my nerves (mostly everyone) because she have a really really annoying laugh whenever someone makes a small mistake; almost tripping, a small typo, etc.
