Now this may be a little longer. But in 2015 I started working for a company (leaving the name out for fear of legal repercussions). While there I was placed in the freezers and fridge over night; 2 freezers and 1 fridge.
There are some people in the story ONM(overnight manager) me and the boys
At the time I was on the bottom, as normal. Being a new guy and all. Now this was overnight so full time (this is important later).
After a while the department supervisor took me under his wing as he saw how hard I worked. And then he told us he was leaving, and he told me that he was going to put my name in to take his place. Now at this time ONM and me were seeing at odds, I would often stay late and clean the floors in and around the units, mopping sweeping removing any plastic to leave less work for the janitorial and day shift staff (whom was to finish what we didn’t). ONM didn’t like this as it often put me in for A LOT of overtime.
