This particular bit of malicious compliance was a team effort of my boss and I’s on Monday.
I work at one of the nicest business class hotels in my town, which houses the central office of a major international insurance agency. We get alot of business travelers. Most of which have the decency to book in advance and maintain manners at the check in desk, even if issues do happen to occur. And over 97 percent of them know better than to use a third party. Not my Monday Muse, this guy was special.
