Entitled co-worker gets exactly what he deserves.

I work at a big box home improvement store, and at the time I worked in the building materials department. I have since transferred stores.

First off some context, I had a co-worker that felt his work was more important than everyone else’s and he would also make snide comments about how I was doing my job “wrong” and would complain to management about me constantly. It was his way or no way at all . So in general he was very rude. Something about me is I am a very independent person and as such don’t need much direction. Management also loved the way I did things so they left me to do things as I saw fit. Not once did I receive a complaint from them either.
