For a little bit of backstory I work in a kitchen as a dishwasher at a pretty busy restaurant. We (the dishwashers) have lots of plates and glasses and pans and all sorts of kitchen supplies going through our area and if we aren’t fast enough washing and putting them away the whole kitchen slows down to a halt. Memorial Day weekend is always a very busy time of year for the restaurant with record amounts of people making reservations to eat. Because of this the kitchen is always frantic and chaotic with almost everyone scheduled to work that weekend.
