My manager has started to send us a daily list of what he believes are the top priority tasks for that day, in priority order. He regularly asks us what we’re doing throughout the day & if its not something on his list, he’s not happy. However his priority list doesn’t cover customer calls or unexpected high severity issues, its mainly issues he wants done.
