I used to work as a server for a casual restaurant. The managers there were lazy and constantly adding new, stupid policies that nobody wanted to follow.

I was generally a good employee, I showed up on time, worked to the best of my ability on my shift, even going above and beyond for customers at points, because the customers’ opinions mattered way more to me than that of the managers’.
