So it all started when I was outside letting my dog use the bathroom(My dog is really friendly and likes people a lot & my neighbor has a dog as well that goes in other neighbors yards as well). My neighbor was also outside working on his garden like old retired people do when my dog saw him and ran over and laid down next to him. My neighbor then freaked out and threatened to shoot my dog with his conceal and carry if it came on to his property again.
