For background, I am a field technician for a large office solutions company, and my primary job is driving to customer sites and fixing whatever machine they have a service contract on. To stay up to date with the constantly changing technology, we are required to do regular training classes or online modules. The way we normally would handle this in our “smart time management system” was to schedule an hour or two during a slow day to find a place with internet and knock out training until you were finished or more work orders came in.
