Short story TLDR: Spam my email, get spammed back
I’ve had a slow day and I’m getting a promotion so I’m running out of cares to give for this two day week.
I work out of a case queue similar to an IT ticket system. There’s a lot I can do but there’s one thing that I can’t - remove public customer feedback on our site. This of course pisses a lot of people off. Especially my least favorite type of customer - lawyers.
