Sunday Scent
Was digging in my candle stash and rediscovered a half-burnt tumbler of Pink Petal Tea Cake from Bath and Body Works that I’d stashed away a few months ago.
Now I remember why I still have it. This is one of those sweet, almost-gooey candied-flower scents that is so beautiful on cool days but a little bit too much on warm nights. Definitely only good in small doses. I let it go for an hour until I had an even wax pool and the scent of cake and rose-flavored frosting all through my living room. Then I blew it right out.
